AMH

Reproductive System · Sex Determination & Gonadal Differentiation

Is an AMH genetic result the same as an AMH fertility blood test?

AMH encodes anti-Müllerian hormone, which has a role in reproductive development. A blood test measures hormone concentration, while a DNA result examines the gene and cannot substitute for that measurement.
