Your results, your copy

How to download your lab results.

Labcorp and Quest both let you save the official PDF of your blood work from their free patient portals. It takes a few minutes, and the file is yours to keep — for your records, your doctor, or your MarkerView Comprehensive PLUS report. Here's exactly where the button is at each lab.

Labcorp ↓ Quest ↓

Before you start

  • Pick the right report. The most recent one that includes a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel or a Lipid Panel gives the report the most to work with. If you don't see either, any recent blood panel is fine.
  • Which labs. Only PDFs from Labcorp and Quest are supported today. If your blood was drawn somewhere else, the report can't read it yet.
  • What you'll need. Your portal login. Both labs let you create a free patient account if you never have — allow a few extra minutes for their identity check.
  • Size. One PDF per report, up to 20 pages. If yours runs longer, keep just the pages with results on them.

The coral box in each picture marks the thing to click.

The official report downloads straight to your device as a PDF — there is no email step.

  1. Sign in

Go to patient.labcorp.com and click Sign In in the top right.

The Labcorp Patient home page, with the Sign In button highlighted in the top-right corner.
Sign In sits at the far right of the top menu.
  2. Open your results

View All opens every result on your account, not just the last three months.
  3. Choose the report

Find the most recent result that lists Comp. Metabolic Panel or Lipid Panel and click View on that row. Any recent blood panel is fine if you don't see those.

Each row lists every test in that draw. Newest is at the top.
  4. Download the official report

At the top of Result Details, click Download Official Report. The PDF saves to your Downloads folder (on a phone, to your Files or Downloads app). Leave the Only Show Out-of-Range Results switch off — the official report is complete either way. That PDF is the file to upload.

What to do with the PDF

Upload it in step 1b of the Comprehensive PLUS upload page, next to your DNA file. MarkerView reads the test names, values and reference ranges off the PDF and includes them alongside your genetic findings. No clinician reviews the upload, and nothing in the report is a clinical interpretation of your labs.

Still need your DNA file? Here's how to download it from AncestryDNA or 23andMe, and exactly which files MarkerView accepts.

Your PDF is encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can delete your account and everything in it yourself at any time from Settings — no email request, no waiting period. The full trust answers → · Your genetic data, step by step →

Not ready yet? Nothing here expires. Your results stay yours; we'll be here when you have the file.

Got the PDF? Bring it with your DNA file.
